Welcome.jpeg began in 2019 as an archive page with the goals of distilling the content glut into a living archive founded on taste-based curation, and assembling meaning across disparate mediums, eras, and industries.

Over the last six years, we've platformed and celebrated contemporary artworks, cultural intrigue, and ephemera unseen in museums, galleries, and other creative institutions. Our approach has resonated with the next generation's culturally-minded, whose desires that have much more to do with meaning and feeling than they do with specific personas, industries, sub-cultures, or identities.

It applies a live archive framework to the conventional editorial format, featuring expansions of information from the Instagram page, subjects impossible to treat in that format, long form pieces, interviews, new curatorial voices, and more.
